Processing Times:
 Orders will be processed for shipment within 3-5 business days after purchase. Once processed and shipped, you should expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days depending on the shipping speed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Policies:

All orders are shipped via ARAMEX with tracking. You will be provided a tracking number once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped and scanned in by ARAMEX. Packages returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once additional shipping costs have been paid for the new shipment by customer. A lost package due to an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations: We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If your order has already printed for processing, it cannot be cancelled. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Damaged Upon Arrival: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery in order for us to be able to assist you. Photos of the damaged contents, inside and outside of packaging must be provided.

Returns: Due to the nature of our products and the COVID-19 pandemic, returns are not accepted on any of our products.
